Client Guide for Zoë Salon
We value our reputation as a salon providing not only excellence in technical services, but creating an atmosphere of genuine caring and concern for your image and well-being. Please don't hesitate to advise a guest service representative if you need any assistance or have any questions.
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other guests are not inconvenienced. Please arrive 5-10 minutes in advance of your appointment to allow time for you to check-in and relax prior to your service.
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request 24-hours notice for any single service. For specialty hair services, or some events like prom or weddings, a 50% deposit may be requested. For those appointments, at least 48 hours notice is needed for cancellation. Late cancellation or no-show may incur a charge up to the appointment value. To secure some specialty appointments we will request a credit card or gift certificate number, however you can pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, credit card or gift certificate.
Guest Pre-Treatment Form
Prior to some specialty chemical hair services, you may be required to complete a Pre-Treatment Form for your well-being and comfort, and to allow us to safely deliver our services.
Zoë Salon reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask the Service Coordinator when booking your appointment and confirm your service pricing prior to starting your service.
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients and although cash tips are preferred, for client convenience we allow up to 20% of the service price to be applied to a credit card. Gift certificates do not include gratuity unless noted otherwise.
Method of Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, debit cards, and cash.
The Salon is an adult oriented atmosphere; therefore we are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years, unless accompanied by a parent. Children under the age of 18 may need a signed waiver and/or accompaniment by a parent or adult guardian for services. Please contact a Service Coordinator for further information.
Zoë gift cards makes a wonderful gift for any special occasion, holiday or cause for celebration. Zoë Gift cards do not expire and are available for any amount. They are not refundable, not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. After 4 years Zoë Salon reserves the right to have a monthly service charge for unused balances to encourage the use of the gift card.
For Your Comfort
We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications as some services may be contraindicated. Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities or if you are pregnant.
So you may fully enjoy your salon experience and for the protection of your clothing during color or chemical services we ask that you wear a chemical cape or smock provided by Zoe. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments.
If your service does not meet expectations, return within 7 days and we will have a service provider resolve the concern to your satisfaction. We cannot perform any correction(s) or address any concerns if a client chooses to visit another salon before allowing us to correct the problem.
